LOAN REPORT: FIVE GIANTS IN ACTION
Five Huddersfield Giants players were in loan and dual registration action across League One and Championship this week
Sam Wood, Reiss Butterworth - Batley
Sam Wood started at Second Row and Reiss Butterworth turned out on the bench as the Bulldogs claimed a valuable and impressive point at second place York City Knights this week. The Bulldogs now sit in 10th in the Championship table after the point, 4 points above the relegation zone but with a 13 point margin to the edge of the Top 5, a playoff run is looking increasingly unlikely.
Chester Butler - Halifax
Future Giant Chester Butler starred for Fax this week, scoring a hat-trick in the convincing 40-10 win over Widnes, playing in the centres. The men from the Shay comprehensively beat Widnes and now sit in 8th place in the Championship with 9 wins, but are 8 points away from the playoffs. They still have a highly anticipated Challenge Cup Semi Final to look forward to, on the Giants bye-week next week.

Sam Hewitt - Workington Town
Sam Hewitt turned out for Workington Town this week in their 32-22 win over the Skolars, leaving Town in 7th place in the Betfred League 1 table, a point behind surprise package London in 6th.
Jon-Luke Kirby - Hunslet
Kirby featured from the bench in Hunslet's 48-20 win over Coventry Bears, which left Hunslet in 4th in the League 1 table. With the top side automatically promoted and the following five sides playing-off for the second promotion spot, it's hotting up at top.
