GIANTS TO FACE WARRINGTON AT HOME FOR OPENING FIXTURE

Huddersfield Giants will open their 2025 Betfred Super League campaign at home vs Sam Burgess' Warrington Wolves side.

In what is shaping up to be a tasty encounter, brothers Sam and Thomas could face up against each other, with one playing for the Giants and the other as Head Coach of the Warrington Wolves.

Sunday 16th will be Giants fans' first opportunity to see us in action in the Betfred Super League, with our first competitive game in Round 3 of the Betfred Challenge Cup in the previous weeks.

The game will take place on a tradition Sunday afternoon, Sunday 16th February, as we open our Betfred Super League account in front of the Claret and Gold army and ticket information will be communicated in due course.

The full fixtures will be released on Thursday 21st November at 8am, so please ensure you keep an eye out on our official social media channels and our website for the full fixture list, where you will be able to start planning trips and everything else.

Also exclusively revealed this evening, we will face Leigh Leopards away in Round 2 of the Betfred Super League, a repeat of the 2024 seasons opening game.
