Fresh from a Yorkshire victory in the last encounter, Jack Flynn has been called up for the next Academy Origin squad alongside Innes and Louis Senior.

The second Academy ‘Origin’ fixture is set to be played on Sunday, September 2 (KO 12.30pm) as part of a double header with a Women’s Origin game to be played at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

There are three changes to the Yorkshire side that were victorious in the first ‘Origin’ fixture in July. Jack Flynn of Huddersfield Giants, Keelan Foster from Bradford Bulls and Castleford Tigers’ Lewis Peachey are all included.

The Lancashire side also has two new faces in the squad as Jacob Chamberlain of Warrington Wolves and St Helens’ Joe Sharratt are named.

The coaching team for the Lancashire side are England Men’s Elite Squad assistant coach Paul Wellens, two-times Steve Prescott Man of Steel winner, Paul Sculthorpe and former Rochdale Hornets coach Ian Talbot. The Yorkshire team will be coached by England Knights head coach, Paul Anderson and Giants U19s Head Coach Luke Robinson.

The second Origin game will take place on Sunday, September 2 at Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington, before the Yorkshire Division take on the Australian Schoolboys at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle (Wednesday, November 28) and Lancashire also come head-to-head with the visitors at the Manchester Regional Arena (Saturday, December 1).
