GIANTS INVESTMENT INTO NEW FACILITY CONTINUES APACE

We caught up with Tony Goldstein, from key contractors The FM Company along with Leroy Cudjoe for a look around the progress of the Laund Hill Facility.

Work on the state of the art Laund Hill training complex continues at pace and we caught up with key contractors The FM Company along with Leroy Cudjoe for a look around.

The facility will provide a new base for the club going forward as all staff depart the Accu later in 2026 and ensure that all operations are under the one roof.

From the playing perspective the new gym, physio, video analysis offices and rehab facilities being alongside the training pitch will be a huge boost and one that Leroy has yearned for over the years.

Leroy said:

“We have been a bit nomadic in terms of training in the past and in parts of this year, but this facility will change everything for us. It will be the envy of all clubs and in particular I look forward to showing our younger local players and parents what they can aspire to be in this great facility. It will be our new home in Huddersfield – built by Huddersfield people and I can’t wait for it to be finished. Today, according to Tony, has shown we are in the final stages now, and the excitement is certainly building .”
