GIANTS SUPPORT #WEARYELLOWDAY

Huddersfield Giants are asking all fans to donate and don yellow on Friday in aid of Cystic Fibrosis UK

Huddersfield Giants can announce that this Friday's game against Wigan Warriors will celebrate the work of Cystic Fibrosis UK and we are urging fans to support #WearYellowDay.

The Giants players will wear Yellow armbands in support of the cause and are encouraging fans to Wear Yellow at Friday's game in solidarity with the sufferers of the illness. Also, the team will be led out by Charlie Lee, a 1 year old Giants fan who suffers from the genetic disease.

Cystic Fibrosis affects more than 10,400 people in the UK and last year, half of all those who died having suffered from Cystic Fibrosis were under the age of 31. Recently, Charlie's dad ran his first ever half marathon, and raised £1200 for Cystic Fibrosis UK.

With June 21st being #WearYellowDay, a national campaign aimed at raising awareness of the illness, the Giants have taken part, and we want to Cowbell Army to get involved by showing their support for those who fight the disease by donning yellow for one night only.

Huddersfield's Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages have also got in on the act, and are also donning the yellow! Get on board, and help a great cause this Friday!
