Giants Season Officially Over

Following the news of this week's Covid-19 testing results it has been confirmed that the Giants will now step away from regular testing and will no longer be required to be on stand by for the elimination Play-Offs.

The testing confirmed that out of the 393 tests taken, there have been 389 negative results and one positive. Three results remain outstanding. These results do not affect any of the four teams that are due to play this week. The Giants were ready to step in and play should there have been an issue but have now been stood down and will officially finish seventh in the Betfred Super League table. 

With this year being a very difficult season for the club and fans alike, the Huddersfield Giants would like to thank our fans for the patience and support during these very turbulent times. The players and coaching staff will now take a very well earned rest before embarking on their preparations for the 2021 season.
