2025 SEASON CARDS - RETURNING BUYERS GUIDE

If you're an existing Giants Season Card Holder, we've put together a guide to help you renew for 2025.

For ease of renewal, here is a guide on renewing your 2025 Season Card at the Giants.

Renewals (Early Bird offer ends 8th November.)

Click on the tickets link on the top bar, or side menu bar on giantsrl.com, or  Click Here.

Login into your existing account and in “My Account” you will find your reservation for your 2025 Season Card. 

Simply click “pay reservation” and you will be taken to the payment page where you will be able to check all your details. 

If you have never booked online before, you must activate your existing account (which will have automatically been generated by the Club), by putting in your email address and clicking “activate account”. You will then be asked for your Client Reference and Surname which will allow you to log in to your account and set your password. Once logged in follow the instructions above. If you are wanting to renew friends or family members Season cards in the same transaction you must make sure that they are added to your network. If you are changing seats, wanting to claim your GCB discount or wish to book tickets for anyone who does not have an account, please contact the Ticket Office on 01484 484159 – if we are busy, please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.
