GAMEDAY GUIDE | CHALLENGE CUP | HULL FC

All of the important information for our Round 6 Challenge Cup tie with Hull FC at the John Smith's Stadium.

Nothing Beats Being There – Game Day Guide (Tickets still on-sale)

The Giants are back at the John Smith's Stadium again this Saturday as we take on Hull FC in the Challenge Cup, There will be a cash turnstile (Core Stand Turnstile 4), however supporters can purchase at the Ticket Office and online up until kick-off, with NO PRICE RISE on the day.

What's on at the game and when? 

With this being a cup game, there is limited activity outside the stadium, however Jordan Lilley will once again be bringing his 'It's a Grind coffee' for supporters to enjoy, with it proving extremely popular so far, the latte is a favourite!

Food & Drink

For this game only, as shown above there will only be a Coffee stand outside the stadium, however there will as usual be food and drink available within the stadium concessions.

Activities

The Golden Gamble will return and sellers will be dotted around the stadium for you to buy your tickets, remember, the more bought, the higher the prize!

The results will be displayed at half-time and also right here on the website after the game.

Oxen Van

Oxen, our official kit suppliers will once again be present with their merchandise retail units selling replica shirts, training wear, leisure wear and a whole host of accessories, in a new feature, players will be alongside the van, for picture opportunities. (Accepts Card & Cash)

Legends Bar

The Legends Bar (Located by the Swimming Pool entrance) will be open for HGSA Members only providing a fun and lively environment for like-minded supporters to meet. With membership costing only £6 a year and 50% off selected drinks until 1:00pm, you can make yourself a member on the evening. Anyone wishing to join the HGSA can do so HERE.

The Legends Bar will not be open after full-time for this game.

John Smith's Stadium

The flame cannons will also be pitchside as last season to add an extra edge of atmosphere to the John Smith's Stadium,

Please note, The John Smith's Stadium is a cashless stadium, with Contactless and Chip & Pin accepted within the stadium.

The Family Lounge

The Family Lounge is not in operation for this game, due to a reduced crowd.

Car Park

St Andrews Car Park is available to purchase at £7 on entry, there will be a number of spaces available on game day on a first come first serve basis, with cash only accepted and the exact amount if possible to minimise disruption.

Town Avenue car park is sold-out for this fixture.

Running Order

12:00pm - The Legends Bar opens for HGSA Members only.

1:00pm Turnstiles Open

2:00pm Kick-off.

Adults £20

Senior Citizens (65 & Over) £15

Under 17s £5 - Junior U17 Season Card holders are entitled to a free ticket.

Under 5s - Free of Charge (Please be aware under 5’s tickets must be obtained from the ticket office in all home areas which we advise is done in advance to avoid queues on the day)

Please note, for this game there WILL BE  Cash turnstiles for home supporters at Turnstile 4 on the Core Stand, however the Ticket Office will accept card and cash too, with away fans recommended to purchase at the Ticket Office if they travel without a ticket.

The Giants ticket office will open at 10am on Saturday, for you to get your tickets!

We are advising that supporters, where possible, use Mobile and Print at Home tickets to minimise disruption to the Club's Ticket Office that we expect will have large queues on Gameday.

Away Supporters

All away supporters are advised that they can purchase tickets for the Magic Rock Brewing Stand up until kick-off, using our E-Ticking site, with a mobile ticket sent directly to their email that they can use to gain entry.

There will be no Pay at the turnstile option for away supporters for this game, with away supporters still able to purchase a ticket at the ticket office, but large queues are expected.

In this area only there will be a small number of Under 5 tickets with a steward who will be situated by the away turnstiles.

Will the Players Bar be open?

The Player's Bar is open for Bar Pass holders only. 

Will Block 7 be in operation again?

Block 7 will be situated within the Core Stand upper, equipped with flags and a drum, for supporters who would like to be within the atmosphere section, please book in the Core Stand Upper for this fixture.
