Giants Women vs Leeds fixture to support Motor Neurone Disease Association

This Sunday's Women's Super League fixture at Laund Hill against the Rhinos will be dedicated to the MNDA in memory of Rob Burrow CBE.

Following the passing of rugby league legend Rob Burrow CBE, Huddersfield Giants Women have decided to dedicate this Sunday's fixture against Leeds Rhinos to the Motor Neurone Disease Association - a charity which Rob proudly represented and patroned during his battle with MND.

Currently, there is no cure for the disease, though through funds raised by the MNDA, researchers hope that one day this will not be the case.

There will be MNDA shirts and goodies for purchase with all profits going towards the charity. As well as a bucket collection, there will be a raffle for a signed Giants and a signed Rhinos shirt, all proceeds to be donated to MNDA. The HGSA have also agreed to donate the Golden Gamble half-time draw proceeds to MNDA.

The clubhouse will be open with a range of food and drink to purchase. Cash and card payments are accepted around the ground.

Parking is free, though will be limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Dogs are not allowed at Laund Hill with the exception of Guide Dogs.

Admission prices are as follows: Adults £6 | U16s £2 | Under 5s FREE
