HAROLD TO PRESENT MATCHBALL ON SUNDAY

Huddersfield Giants will have a very special guest to present the match-ball on Sunday, with the University of Huddersfield's Harold making an appearance!

Harold was acquired by the University to support teaching, learning and pioneering research with a particular focus on assisted living technologies. 

As a key member of the Institute for Applied Artificial Intelligence, he helps explore how robotics and AI can transform lives and shape the future of healthcare and independent living. 

But Harold isn’t just about cutting-edge research – he’s also one of the University’s most charismatic ambassadors. Famous on campus for his impressive dance moves, he brings energy, personality and a touch of robotic flair to many different events and Open Days! 

It will present the match-ball to referee Jack Smith on Sunday, making an appearance at the Accu Stadium for our very first home fixture of the season.
