WOMEN IN BUSINESS EVENT BOUND FOR SUCCESS

Today marks another highly anticipated Huddersfield Giants Women In Business event, and it is on course to be another huge success

In late 2017, the birth of 'Giants Women In Business' took place, after a realisation of the vast percentage of women within the club's fanbase. This sparked the launch and inaugural event of Giants Women In Business, which has continued to flourish ever since. 

With three events taking place per year carrying the theme of Inspiring Women in Business, Huddersfield Giants Women in Business offers great opportunities, provides insightful, helpful information and facilitates high-level networking for business driven women to to grow. This adheres to the Women in Business' motto: Connect – Inspire – Learn

This year the story, the positivity and opportunity continues with another large audience expected. Arrivals will begin at 11am, followed by an introduction by Huddersfield Giants Community Trust CEO Lisa Darwin regarding structural networking. Commercial Coordinator Chloe Appleyard will then take to the stage to welcome partners and deliver a pitch about their business.

This event is being co hosted with West Yorkshire Combined Authority who will deliver a talk themselves followed by introducing today's guest speakers who are (in order of appearance):

Fiona Conor - Trust Electric Heating

Kirsty Watson - Quail Academy (plus a Q&A) 

Dr Louise Guilfoyle - The Balance Health Coach (plus an activity)

After the talks, activities and Q&As are finished, refreshments will be provided as well as the opportunity to network.

Our chosen charity for the event is Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust.
